We had carpet installed by another company 8 years ago and then plank flooring installed about 4 years ago. The company that installed the plank flooring did a poor job of tacking down the carpet to begin with but then recently a dog we were watching tore up where one of the bedrooms meets the hallway and Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaners was able to cut, stretch and retack that area. I called Phoenix Carpet and Repair to see if there was anyway that I could put a "bandaid" on the rug until he got older and past the chewing stage to replace the rug. Kim answered the phone and was able to help me with some options. She was able to give me a preliminary quote over the phone and scheduled for a pick up of the rug the following week. Robert came out and picked the rug up. He was so nice and friendly. He looked at the damage and said they would get back to me as soon as he brought it back to the shop. Kim called me the next day and also sent me an email. She said that they had some suggestions on how to repair one of the areas that had a lot of damage and not have to take too much of the soaring down. I agreed. She said it should take about 3 weeks. To my surprise... I received a call about a week later to schedule delivery of the repaired rug. Robert brought the rug yesterday and I can't tell you how happy and blown away I was! They did an amazing job... no one would ever know that there was any damage to this rug! I am so impressed by the workmanship, the responsiveness, Freire sly and helpful customer service.
