The reason i chose this company was because when i called around the lady who answered the phone was nice and treated me like an old friend not just a person who they could make money on. I will use this company again and i recommend Maintenance Plus to anyone who need a carpet or furniture cleaned.

Had to come back three times to clean it right, now I have to hire someone to reclean it right. They left me with work not done because it wasn't worth their time to repair my ceiling and replace the kitchen cabinets they tore down. I have been out of my house for 4 months now, hoping I can get back in by spring! They damaged my furniture and floors, broke antique glassware, and threw the boxes into the storage units helter skelter, smashing them. Their motto is 'like it never happened'. It should be 'if you want it to look right, do it yourself'! I would NOT recommend this company, find a private, family-owned business. These guys just do not care. They destroyed more than they fixed.

My house got water damage and my insurance picked them to do the demolishing and the fixing of my…read morehouse. This all started on April 6th and it has been over 3 months now and my husband had to just give up trying to get a hold of them and ended up doing the house himself. During the entire month if May he called them and not once did they call back. They installed the drywall and did such a sloppy job that it is taking my husband a longer time to even just mud the walls and ceiling. Our pantry door won't even close because they really messed up the installation. And no our pantry door was fine before that. They are so unreliable and unprofessional. It has been stressful on us and this company did nothing to help us or even make this easier.

After multiple communications with Christy (great to work with), I expected more courtesy and compassion for a potential customer dealing with an unfortunate situation from out of state. They were very quick to return the home keys to the Ward County Sheriff Department, leading me to conclude that a decision may have been made not to do the job. VERY disappointed. Wish I could give minus stars!
