However, the company sent a different installation team that took up all the vinyl and glue, sealed the floor, and re-installed new vinyl, which now looks great. They did a very professional job of communicating what was being done and why, and making sure the floor was done right. They also allowed me to change the color of the floor the second time. It now looks wonderful.
