Saw the positive reviews on Oxi Fresh and decided to see what they were going to quote, and it came back at $255. I decided to chat with a rep to confirm the quote would cover the rooms/stairs I was wanting done, and it was confirmed. I even then got an appointment for the next morning, which was wonderful. Two gentlemen, John and Braiden showed up the next morning, and after walking them through the rooms, I kept expecting them to come back and say the quote wasn't valid, but that wasn't the case. I signed a document stating the $255 was the final price. They got immediately to work, and they were fantastic. They were in and out of here in less than 2 hours, did an AMAZING job, were truly professional through the whole process, and the carpet dried in just a few hours, as they promised. I would have no problems in recommending them to any of my friends, and I would definitely use them again. When I turned on the water to ready the house for sale in July of the following year, my realtor discovered a water leak. I asked the realtor for advice and got someone to clear out the damaged flooring, etc. We got someone in there but it didn't look like a lot of care was taken. When I was in contact with my insurance company he gave me a list of preferred vendors that he regularly works with. PS., he had never heard of the original demo team (not a surprise). Summit was on this list and ready to aid me in restoring the home to be even better than it was before. They came and did a walk-through and gave me a quotation which seemed reasonable considering the damage to the primary suite bathroom and bedroom. I decided to upgrade the flooring from the original carpeting and had them put in vinyl plank which looked great. Cody was our project manager and he did a great job of keeping me updated considering I was managing this project from a distance as I still had my own house, job, etc., to consider. I worked with Lonnie, Robbie, and Donovan and they were all very helpful and were careful to minimize disruption as I was still working on some things within the house. I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves (I mean everyone should) but they took care to do that and I was really pleased with the end result. Cody came and did a final walk-through and gave me the invoice. It was really nice to know that it was done and that I could move forward with my project. I hope to not have a need for restoration but if I do I will go to them again. They have workers throughout Oregon and into Washington so I would definitely recommend them.

We are working with insurance and they have wonderful communication helping us with those claims. When it came to the demo Mickey was so nice. He kept my kitchen, while doing the demo so very clean and made the process feel much less overwhelming by having very little disarray. Not only did they help dry out our damaged area they checked for damage in surrounding areas. Mickey was Extremely thorough and so far this process has been great.
