Unfortunately, the guy was not very competent. Floor finish was sort of lifeless and uneven in several places, with obvious improper sanding in some corners and edges. I went to one of the big contractors in Bend for advice. They were completely booked, but gave me the name of the #1 guy they refer to for any problems - Sean at Absolute Wood Floors. Long story short: Absolute refinished the floor for a great price and the result was spectacular, perfect, great attention to detail. Night and day difference. If you are installing hardwood floors I would recommend that you at least have Sean come out and explain what he will do and the care he will take. Just meet him. I'm pretty sure you will right away know that this is the guy you want to work with. It will probably be pretty obvious. He has integrity, is dedicated to getting a superb result, and he does.

I knew we'd never be able to get a perfect match for a color that is no longer manufactured, but Sandra found several swatches that were pretty darn close. My husband squawked at the price (like he always does about everything... no reflection on Color Tile's prices), so Sandra showed us several less expensive options, which were not as close in color to the old carpet we are keeping (in the upstairs bedrooms), but were still colors that were close enough that it wouldn't be a jolting color change when walking from room to room. We will probably have to replace all the carpet in about a year, so we'll get something I love later. Anyway, Sandra took about an hour to help me decide which swatch was the closest color in the mid-price range. All the colors start to look the same after a while. She's fabulous. We gathered samples went home and fought with color decision making. We made several visits for more samples and were always greeted by Patti Jo. When we finally decided on our carpet color and style, Patti Jo came to our home to measure and do her magic. She contacted us by email with a proposal. We then confirmed and our carpet was ordered. We scheduled an installation date and confirmed with installer, Tim Tennis and Triple R Moving. One full day and our work was completed without a hitch. Very rarely can you write a review like this- My plumber was having trouble installing a new…read moredishwasher. He had a problem because of granite countertop. It needed drilling for it to attach correctly. They are less than two miles from me. I called them and they had technician available to come over promptly. Two men came over (I am sorry that I forgot their names) and they helped the plumber 'brainstorm' how to install it without drilling. But this is the best part- THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME! What a great company. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I strongly recommend using them.

He's a perfectionist and very pleasant guy to work with. They even sent him out a second time just to make sure we got the same template twice before installation. Which I thought was great. Then Joshua and Tim came out to do the installment and these guys were also amazing. Everyone was on time and did a amazing job. They did a great job in the sink installing as well.
