My husband and I purchased a house with light cream carpet, we have 4 kids and I run an in home daycare, it goes without saying that I had dirty carpet. I tried in the past to clean it my self which would get it a little clean, but ultimately just caused more dirt to stick to the carpet. Wes came out and explained his process to me and got to work he cleaned two rooms and it was a huge difference right away, in order to get my carpets clean and not over saturate them he did as much as he could and then told me to vacuum and then let him know how it looks, but that he would like to come back once it dried and go over it again, I let him know that I had one area that was a high traffic area and I would like him to get more dirt out and he came over and cleaned my whole living room again, this time noticing some gummies that were stuck into the carpet, he picked out what he could and then sprayed and scrubbed with a brush until he got it out! Great work! I will use them again! We have two dogs, 3 kids and all their friends who have soiled our carpets. I have tried cleaning on my own with the Rug Doctor the last 3 times. Only to find the high traffic area re-soiled within weeks. I tried Oxi-Fresh as a referral from a neighbor and will never go back to doing it on my own. Oxi-Fresh is so much better and I paid just a littlE more but considering the work I put into it on my own I pretty much lost money trying to save money. The Technician was professional, nice (not creepy) and very aware of how to treat my carpet. I was able to pick his brain on how to best maintain cleaner carpet. He was also able to clean/save a rug that I thought was garbage for not much more. Saving our rug alone made up for the money we paid for the service. When we called over the phone, we told the operator that we had 2 very large stains that would probably need some TLC so she added $20 for stain treatment to the quote- totally fair. When the gentleman arrived he said he would try to get it out before he added the treatment to save us money. He got the stain out with no additional treatment which was great! He didn't have to do it and we wouldn't have know any better - we are impressed with this and for that we will refer and use again! read more

Wes was professional, friendly, very thorough and efficient! We were also impressed with his attention to detail- he found and cleaned spots we hadn't even noticed. Wes came today. We had a lot of pet stains in our house due to some new dogs arriving to live with us. West took the time to clean all the spots and clean the stairs which are much needed.
