They put a fan in for 3 days came back and said they would call the next day. Took 3 weeks to hear back from them after calling and emailing. They had no problem getting ahold of our insurance and estimating a giant amount of money to fix the bathroom. Which was approved. I asked them for a time frame of fixing and they said they couldn't give me one until they were paid. They told me materials, especially tile could take awhile to get here, but I couldn't order until they got paid. Our insurance guy sent the check directly to us. And as soon as that was known by them they called daily to find out if it came and if we could sign the check and give them the full amount. They wouldn't even put me on the schedule still or give me a time frame. They wanted the whole check up front. Shady! I finally got the check and I put it in my account. I got another professional bid by a man that I know personally and know his work and it is high end. He bid 1/3 of the cost to do my bathroom. AND he told me a date he will be here. I have had calls every day in a row to collect payment, it's been 5 days and 2 have been the weekend and the check had to clear my account. Today they called and threatened to send me to collections tomorrow. It's been DAYS, not weeks or months. For 4 hours of tearing out a bit of tile and drywall and placing fans and leaving them it was over $3k. Rip off! DO NOT USE!

Turns out: they're about a truly great company, with cheerful, supportive technicians--and MAN their communication is *killer.* They were prompt by both phone and text, kept me up-to-date on when I could expect them to arrive, talked me through every single step of the process, and didn't talk to me any differently than they talked to my husband (which, unfortunately, is all too common with technicians, I've found). Our story: we had a puddle of water in our basement after a recent thunderstorm. Glenn and Ryan showed up within an hour, calmed our nerves, helped us inspect our home, cleaned up the mess, and left us with some fans to dry out the room. Their prices were reasonable, and they came back today to pack out the fans, exactly as they'd promised. In short: at every step of the process, they knocked it out of the park. All these glowing reviews you're reading? It's not a scam or some kind of marketing ploy. It's a reflection of a really exceptional company who is actually *enjoyable* to work with.

He was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. He offered a free mold test and whatever is needed to ensure my home is safe. He also asked me what value I thought they provided and offered to reimburse the difference in what I was charged. I've never received such empathetic and genuine care from a business owner. After this conversation I really believe this business has its customers best interest in mind and cares about the results they produce. Thank you for your care! **Original Review**The service was $1050 and the person who did it was in our house for less than an hour. He sprayed bleach on the wood and cut a couple inches of sheetrock out. He left it messy even though they charged $260 just for vacuuming. I feel like I could have sprayed my own bleach and saved $1047 dollars. We were still sick after he left and there was still evidence of mold in different places. I would have given one star but he did come back and spray it again after we reached out personally. He was here about fifteen or twenty minutes the second time. Overall really expensive and not really worth it. If I knew they just spray bleach I would have done it myself.

We removed our plants, dog and opened all the cupboard and room doors and our air ventilation system for the fog to penetrate as mold attaches itself to everything especially dust particles. We ran errands and picnicked in the park for four hours and returned. Upon entering, the smell of ozone was heavy but bearable. I called Dave to ask if we could open windows and he said that would be fine. Upon inspection Justin had scrubbed the mold off the shower stall and painted antimicrobial mold paint on the ceiling. He also cleaned the air conditioning filter in our condo air system and put it back in place. We cleaned our air ventilating fans in the two bathrooms and will now make sure to run them before and after our showers along with keeping the bathroom doors open after using them to keep moisture down. The fogging comes with a one year guarantee. This company was prompt, courteous snd answered all my questions. Highly recommend.,

I am a plumber and I have tried quite a few restoration companies to use with my customers. I am…read moreusually a "first responder" to flood and mold damage and so restoration companies fight hard for plumber loyalty. There are many factors in choosing a good company to use. Quick response time, customer service and attention, professionalism, incentives for referrals, helping with plumber error issues, etc. The most important for me, though, is having my customer be pleased with them and the service they provide. Ramco has exceeded this one, AND all the others! They have been so clean, so kind, so helpful, and so great to my customers! They are compassionate in helping the customer understand the problems in their home, explaining what needs to happen, working with different insurances and the process for claims, and a timely manner for bringing their home back to tip top shape. At a customers home they had a water pipe leak under their foundation slab and caused major damage to the kitchen . While I was working on other minor issues in their house I discovered another problem of water dripping from the upstairs tub. Jesse did not want the customers to have to file another claim and potentially cause their premiums to go up, has got right to work to fix it for free! This sold me! You need good restoration I always recommend Ramco Restoration!

I authorized work based and on their promises (my mistake), and then they left me with no kitchen, literally just four walls, for at least six months. Kitchen is still incomplete. The work they did was pretty subpar. Dog medication and a broom was stolen by this company's employees. When called about it, the day of, they blew me completely off. 3 months ago they sent me a collection letter for over $7,000. I called them and told them everything that happened. They stated they would call me back. 3 months later they call me back. They're threatening a lien on my house, and sending it to collections. Today they denied any and all knowledge of their promises and the theft that was reported to them. 7/22/18 Update I requested a copy of the contract they stated I signed. I am still waiting for the copy. In the meantime, I received a bill for $6500 stating it was an agreed upon amount. When I called their collections department they told me that the bill was "sent out before we spoke."

**UPDATE: THIS IS NOT A BOGUS REVIEW!!…read moreThe owner messaged me AFTER I posted this review because he is more concerned about bad reviews than doing a good job to begin with. I refuse to message him because it's too late now. Please read my review posted below!! It's been awhile since this company has worked on my home for mold. It was one of the worst experiences I've had. The crew including Nathan himself were extremely disrespectful, tried to up charge me because I'm a woman, treated me like I was dumb and didn't know anything about the situation even when I do. I brought up my concerns regarding the mold and Nathan continued to dismiss me and say "you don't know what you're talking about. We're the professionals, I'd take our advice and listen." Unfortunately, even after the work Nathan and his crew did, there was still existing mold. So my husband and I decided to go with another company and now we're mold free!! This company said that the previous company I was with didn't do a good job and said they were glad we called because if we would've waited any longer, we would've had to move! We're so glad we went with our gut instinct! The reason I'm writing this review is because one of my old neighbors had the same experience as me recently regarding mold as well and they were treated the same as me. Very poorly and non professional. It's disappointing. Please look elsewhere for restoration!!

Their project manager Anthony stopped by a couple days after the water damage happened and got everything into motion immediately. They worked directly with my insurance to get everything taken care of. Thank you so much for such a seamless process!

Just a vague invoice and a threat to increase the amount if we didn't pay immediately. We hired them expecting restoration -- their website says they handle both mitigation and reconstruction. After demolition, they suddenly claimed they don't do reconstruction at all. When we questioned the charges and asked for moisture logs or any kind of justification, they refused and raised the bill. We took them to small claims court. We lost. But that doesn't make what they did right. We ended up paying nearly $2,000 for a torn-up bathroom and had to hire someone else to fix it. Learn from our mistake and hire literally anyone else. Everything in this review reflects our honest opinion and direct experience.
