At one point, even the cook came out to bring food and loudly complained about having too many orders. Really? The floor was slippery, which was especially concerning since my wife is recovering from a broken kneecap and had to move slowly and carefully just to get to the restroom -- which, by the way, was under construction (not IHOP's fault, but still inconvenient). When I asked for more coffee, the server just grunted, took the carafe, refilled it, and set it back down -- without a word. Every time we said "thank you," we got blank stares or grunts in response. I think they said "you're welcome" once the entire evening. Now we know why the restaurant was empty. Poor service, unfriendly staff, and no sense of professionalism. We won't be coming back to this location. I will say, that the food was excellent and correct.
