I was met with pure hostility. Nelson, the manager, was beyond unprofessional talking over me, defensively rambling, and insisting that all the staff claimed we had finished all of our plates. This was an outright lie. We didn't finish anything because most of it was terrible, but he refused to listen and instead tried to shift the blame. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the QT Hotel. There is street parking as well as valet parking available. Upon entry to the restaurant I was escorted to my table while passing by the different counters of food options. After showing me the table I went to get started. The very left side of the buffet has certain meat and seafood options. They have beef stew, paella, and a few more options. You can also ask the chef in this section to make you a steak any temperature you like and they will deliver it to your table. Next to the meats you have the pizza counter. At the time they had a cheese option and a potato option. I tried the cheese pizza and it was incredible! The next section has salads and sides.
