Shirl is also very responsive and I knew I was leaving my dress in great hands. Since Shirl started making her own dresses before she started altering them, she really understands how to adjust a dress in the most flattering way possible, and is a true expert at what she does. I asked if they could fix this and they offered to fix it and I could pick up the shirt the next day. Went the next day and now there's drops of rust color across the chest and yellow around the sleeve cuffs? Shirt was never worn and now I might have to buy a brand new one. Will be going to a different dry cleaner to see if they can fix their mistakes
