It is extremely concerning that leasing staff are responsible for providing residents with important information regarding their leases, fees, renewals, and move-out requirements, yet there appears to be a lack of proper training and accountability when incorrect information is given. I have made multiple attempts to communicate with the leasing office regarding my lease and renewal. I was given information by staff that I relied upon when making decisions about my housing. However, when management changed, I was suddenly told that the leasing agent was unaware of the information or conversations that had previously taken place. This raises a serious question: What is the purpose of communicating with the leasing office if those conversations are not recognized or honored simply because they were not conducted through email? Residents should not be expected to anticipate that verbal conversations with leasing staff will later be disregarded. I am also requesting a clear explanation regarding the termination fee being discussed. If my current lease is reaching its natural expiration date, I need to understand why a termination fee would apply. Please provide the specific lease provision that authorizes this fee and explain exactly how it applies to my situation. I am further disappointed that previous complaints were escalated to a regional supervisor, yet I have not seen any meaningful accountability or resolution regarding the employees involved. Residents should be able to trust that concerns will be investigated and that employees will be properly trained to provide accurate information. It is also concerning to see leasing management actively promoting the property through videos and advertisements while residents are experiencing issues with basic communication and accurate lease information. Marketing the property should not take priority over ensuring that current residents receive professional, accurate, and consistent service.

I haven't been there long but it seems like everybody just kind of watches out for each other. I was really skeptical at first because some of the other post about home called about how long it takes to get fixed on the general Not really seem to care about the tenants. That is very far from fact, maybe it is new management or something but if you have a problem let them know and I will fix it immediately. The maintenance staff are professional and courteous I'm just all in all good people. So I am glad I did not read the previous reviews and just did it anyway because I feel very thankful and blessed to not have a year lease in a place that didn't care about the people that live there and really the fact is, just because we're kind of poor does not mean that we do not have rights or deserve to live in conditions that are livable and this place is more than livable. I've gone from calling at the apartment to home and almost no time. So heck yeah this placeGets five stars, all day long.
