However, their administrator began speaking to me about her experiences with her family on the problem, she had no professional experience or professional credentials to even be speaking about it. If my mother wasn't going to be admitted because of her diagnosis we could have easily been told by Heather who took us on a tour of the facility and who definitely put us at an inconvenience by leading us on that she would be admitted. She later told me she was afraid that that would be a problem well she should have said it right away and saved us a big headache. I have no idea what their nursing staff or therapy staff is like but if this is any indication of what the facility is like I would give it a big No.
