They said they needed a letter from the board members stating that I would open an account. I gave them a letter using their words. Now they say that the letter should have said that I was opening the account in my name. Now they say that it's been too long, that the letter is dated over 30 days ago They never gave me a deadline. Now they say that letter is not acceptable. Now they say they don't care what my articles of incorporation say because they don't want to reference it. They say they want to help me open an account. I've opened other business accounts with other banks and it was so fast and easy. Sorry for the rant, just frustrated.

This recent visit was to set up a couple teen checking accounts. Chris was super patient with the multiple requests we had, took care of everything and even did a little educational session for our kids on checking and savings accounts, over drafts and how to balance an account (at our request). He gave them each his card and said he'd be happy to answer any questions in the future. How many people can say that they "love" their bank? I can!
