This is an old school bank, inside you can do your banking, open accounts and play for a loan, etc. They do have a mobile app that is limited but that's ok. This recent visit was to set up a couple teen checking accounts. Chris was super patient with the multiple requests we had, took care of everything and even did a little educational session for our kids on checking and savings accounts, over drafts and how to balance an account (at our request). He gave them each his card and said he'd be happy to answer any questions in the future. How many people can say that they "love" their bank? I can!

I suspect they leave you hanging on your phone until you drop dead or totally flip out.
