Compared to what most people probably come here for, my need was pretty small: three pieces of plywood each ranging from 4 to 6'. I dragged in an existing piece so I could explain what I was trying to do, and Bryan (almost positive that was his name) took me out back to suggest a few things. Because my toolbox at home is limited to a few screwdrivers, hammer and small hand saw he cut the three boards for me and they were the perfect sizes. I'm fascinated by places that are full of things I don't know anything about, so while he did the cutting I checked out all of the various types/sizes of wood and enjoyed how nice the place smelled. I wasn't there, but they "replaced" or was told, one but it literally looks like they took a "buffer/sander" rather than have the angles look either symmetrical and smooth and even which it is not.
