I used Yelp to look at 8-9 different house cleaning providers in the area, read all of the reviews, asked about prices, etc. I found that Ana's Detailed House Cleaning presented as the best option for me: prices were reasonable, ratings and reviews indicated they did good work and had been doing it for quite a few years, and above all else they were very responsive over Yelp's messaging service. While I did see a few 1 and 2-star ratings, after reading those reviews I found most of them to be weird complaints from years and years ago. They're not indicative of current service. The promptness and attentiveness, combined with being intentional about explaining their services and answering questions in a reasonable amount of time, showed to me they were taking their work seriously. I started with a Deep Cleaning, which was just finished today. They did a great job. They caught little issues other house cleaners have ignored (dust under the fridge, for example) and went above and beyond to make the beds in a nice and well-presented manner. Btw: when I mentioned it to manager Juan - somehow he kept claiming that he will not charge for extra hours - while I was thinking whether he meant he will charge less for less hours. The guy repeated that so I knew he was not joking. 2nd time - 2 people came - 1 from last time (had some experience) and another who was first timer and can't clean to save her life. Just terrible! Now about the quality - the worst quality I have seen in my entire life. This company's reviews must have been bought. When I requested a partial refund, she declined, saying she had to wait an hour before entry and another 30 minutes afterward. With the time lost, was that the punishment for not properly cleaning my home? She did offer to come back for a retouch, but at this point, I did not want her energy in my home again.
