They arrived 3 hours late and had terrible communication throughout -1pm appointment -1:30 he says they're on the way -1:45 he says they're an hour away -3:00 I text him as they haven't arrived yet -3:30 he says they're parking -4:00 the cleaners finally arrive, 3 hours late -6:00 they're done When I brought up my obvious dissatisfaction with this, he didn't respond until the next day where I was offered $20 off. I value 3 hours of my time at more than $20. If he had said from the start "Hey they are running late", I could have gone and done something else. But they were always "Just right around the corner" so I didn't want to leave and miss them. Also, he said the cleaners "Didn't find a parking lot". The entire outside of the building is a parking lot. The apartment looks more like a hotel. Note the timestamps on the messages I attached. Do not recommend.
