We should have gotten the ducts cleaned before installing an in-duct booster fan, but we didn't think of it, so we needed the cleaners to be extra careful with their rotating brushes in that area. They came out 3-2-26. [I deleted the rest of my review, but the photos can' be deleted - they show dirt that showed up on our filter 2 months later. At first I was please with Eatonville Heating and Cooling Isigned up for their service plan,…read more11/26/25 for my geothermal (heat only) and A/C pumps. In Dec I needed my geothermal checked, it was low on refrigerant, Matt added some. Then I noticed in January that some oil had leaked out and I was told that the existing oil had to be measured to insure the correct amount was add, this made sense. on 2/28/26 the woek was accomplished plus by Devon and Matt serviced my A/C pump for the up coming season. At this time I was very pleased with the work and even recommended them to my friend that needed a new heatpump and furnace, he hired them. I also ask Matt about placing my other mini split heatpump on this plan at an additional fee or starting a separate plan, he said he would discuss it with his wife. I mid March he had not replied I called and ask again about the third pump and was told the same thing, he would ask his wife. Thi was the last time I talked to anyone from the Company and I don't know why. In April I called and requested a call back no response. In May I sent an E-mail no response. June I sent a second E-mail no response. July 2 I sent a registered return reciept letter it was picked up. I have now cancelled my service with them. I don't think this is the way to treat a customer that has even reffered other clients to you.

Andres was very responsive to my questions and were open to handling the permit, which is often a challenge with other contractors. Adrian showed up promptly for install, arriving on time and got right to work. He was very thorough and the install looked great when he got done. You can tell he takes pride in his work. The issue I had with Greentop is the warranty registration, which was incorrectly registered with my name and contact info as the dealer. I traded a couple e-mails with Vera and was then ghosted. I ended up calling the manuf myself to have them at least correct the name of the dealer on my warranty registration to Greentop. They advised they couldn't change the contact info. I'm hoping I don't have any warranty issues down the line due to their error.
