Only had to wait 15 minutes once I arrived. Location inside there is about 7 pedicure chairs and about 4 nail stations. The place is small and long. They made changes due to Covid with plastic partitions separating you and the nail tech. Prices The prices are reasonable. I got the D3 pedicure Laura's spa pedicure for $35 plus additional $5 for French pedicure. It's just like the express pedicure which is $25 but for an extra $10 you receive intensive calluse treatment which they use a hard purple pumice like stone for, exfoliation, cooling gel paraffin wax and hot towels. Services I had a lady named Sue . She mainly did effleurage massage up and and down the anterior part of my leg and didn't massage my feet just pounded them a few times with a tight fist. Very disappointing. So after she was done with the massage I asked her if she could massage the bottom of my feet and she did spend a few extra minutes on each foot. Much appreciated but still not that great, she did her best. She put pressure on the tibia bone and kept doing the same moves over and over. I'm a massage therapist and massage teacher myself so I like good massages and I almost told her to just stop the massage but didn't want to insult her. She spent a good amount of time giving me a French pedicure. Which turned out beautifully. In all I was there for a little over an hour and a half

It was extremely painful, and I told him multiple times that he was hurting me, but he never acknowledged my concerns or adjusted what he was doing. I paid far too much for an experience that was painful. I even informed him that the product he was using to take off the nail polish was burning and ive never had that happen!
