Lucky me, 16 minutes later, Scott showed up. He was the nicest guy. Efficient, detailed, good at explaining what he was doing while getting the car started. A battery was needed, which I expected. Unfortunately R&T did not stock the battery I needed so that was the extent Scott could help. He gave me some pricing and ideas where to purchase a battery. All that info was very helpful. What a great young guy..... They are lucky to have him. Scott knows what he is doing, makes quick work of it and most importantly has great customer skills. Thankfully, when I called their company, I was greeted with a nice man on the phone. He gave me an estimated price of $144 dollars, which was much more affordable than originally expected. After I paid, he sent one of his men to tow my car. Even though it was pouring rain outside, they still got my car back home. I felt like a weight was taken off my shoulder.
