Came in to see the shop and see the work of the artists at the shop and was greeted by a grown man who acted as a child. He was blown away that someone would want to check out a shop before getting their work done. When I asked if it would be better to book an appointment he continued with, "well you need to know exactly what you want", which I did. I can see why the artists don't get much business, the front desk is atrocious. Thank you for saving me my time and money by showing me up front how you run a business. read more

If you want an artist with an attitude, someone who can't make suggestions, and unprofessional by all means Joe is your guy! Went in a week prior to make an appointment for 3 people. Went in for appointment and was greeted by artist who was doing our tattoos and was frustrated receptionist didn't pass along the word of him doing three tattoos. He was mad because he didn't see the pictures of what we wanted that I sent to the phone number provided. My wife wanted a diamond with black ink and a blue trim around it but before she could mention that all she wanted was a black outline he said he was hoping she didn't want that because it wasn't necessary. My sister wanted cherries with the stem saying family tradition (in memory of our papa) He said that it would be a waste if she got a tattoo as small as she wanted it ( 3 inches) he didn't make a suggestion to go a little bigger just said he didn't feel like doing it. I could tell he wasn't up for it so I even suggested that I could reschedule my appointment to make it easier for him because he had a 4 pm scheduled, while we were scheduled at 1:30. He was rude when we were talking about the tattoos we wanted because he didn't do the homework or have them drawn up in a weeks time. We decided to go elsewhere because it seemed as if we were an inconvenience and didn't want to do them. He proceeded to tell us that because we weren't vibing that it was the best he not do our tattoos. This was the shops fault, artists fault for being unprepared. He was so frustrated with the receptionist for not putting in the appointment correct it spilled over to being rude to us. I wanted to reschedule with Sabrina but when I got a call back after messaging to speak with the owner because of Joes unprofessionalism. She wasn't very apologetic and said they've been busy but no excuse but what could she do for me other than reschedule a tattoo with her. But why would I want to reschedule when their customer service is piss poor; I'll take my money elsewhere. To an artist who does care. Not to mention I went over a year ago and got a tattoo by her that I loved and my wife has gone to her as well also a few from Mike that she loved. That didn't matter. I'm writing this lengthy review to AVOID this place and hopefully can put some insight into how you'll be treated as a customer. (A returning customer at that) read more
