But Unfortunately we quickly discovered all banks and major loan companies will not finance a car older than 10 years old even if it has incredibly low mileage. So, we were unable to complete the deal even though we absolutely loved the car & the folks at Rising Fast Motors. We will definitely keep an eye on their car lot to see if the same type of car pops up that's newer than 10 years old, because we would love to work with them!

When the bank did not approve the loan, I returned the vehicle on February 4, 2026 as instructed. I was told my down payment would be refunded minus the mileage I used. However, the dealership claimed I drove over 1,000 miles and deducted that amount from my refund. I have timestamped photo evidence showing the odometer reading 74,182 miles at the time I left the dealership. When I returned the vehicle, it showed only about 300 miles driven. The documentation the dealership provided to justify their numbers was a state inspection dated December 27, 2025. I didn't even step foot on their lot to look at vehicles until January 19th. They also deducted a $150 detailing fee even though the vehicle was not clean when I picked it up and had liquid leaking inside the car. I was told to return to the dealership for a detailing but it never happened before returning the vehicle. After weeks of trying to resolve this directly, the dealership said they mailed my refund check. When it arrived, the check had the wrong name, was misspelled, and was not dated, so the bank refused to accept it. I am still attempting to resolve this situation and have filed a formal complaint with the BBB. I recommend that anyone doing business here take photos of the odometer and keep copies of all paperwork.

I took it to the repair shop first to get the code pulled and then called and talked to Steve at Greg Chapman. He told me to bring it in and they were able to fix the two issues that pulled up right away. We are at 6 months of owning the vehicle and it had completely died on us. So what this dealership does is take majority junkers and cover the problems and hand them off. i Side this 6 months we have dropped a little over 5k out of pocket on this vehicle. we paid 25k for it. By the time the truck is paid off at this rate, this vehicle will have been purchased for as much as a brand new truck. Please don't go here. Way to big of a gamble.

He welcomed our third party, pre-purchase inspection and had his mechanic, Ron, fix the very few, minor things found within a day. He even called his favorite retailer to secure us his dealer rate prior to purchase! While parking on the street is a challenge and the office is by no means luxurious, this place is a gem.
