    One Star - If I Could Give Zero, I would!…read more I told Jarrett EXACTLY what was wrong with my car and gave him the codes straight from AutoZone. He insisted on charging me $75 to "diagnose" it himself, only come back with the same information I had already told him. Total waste of money. Then he claimed two parts needed replacing - one of which had already been replaced recently. He brushed it off as "defective" and said he'd change it out so the check engine light would turn off. It didn't. Not even close. Next, he said I needed yet another part that I'd have to hunt down myself at a junkyard or eBay. When I asked him - the mechanic - to get the part, he reluctantly agreed, as if doing his actual job was a burden. I told him I would pick up my car at noon on Saturday. Instead, he shut the shop down early because "business was slow," even though their posted hours are 9-4. Then he told me to come on Sunday. On Sunday, he wouldn't even bother showing up and told me to just send him money through Cash App and take my car. Funny how that option magically wasn't available the day before. Days passed. No update. I contacted him - he fed me some story about waiting on a call from "the Ford guy." More days passed. I called again. The call disconnected right when I said who I was. He never responded to my follow-up message. Completely ghosted. So here I am: check engine light still on, problem still unresolved, and $250 gone for absolutely nothing. Great job, Jarrett. I'll never see you again - and that's a promise. And for anyone reading: take a hard look at the "five-star reviews." A bunch are from first-time reviewers and/or people who only had easy jobs done - like replacing headlights. Nothing major. Save your car, your wallet, and your sanity. Go somewhere else.

We negotiated the consignment contract. If you have a unique car or a reserve price, don't hesitate to brainstorm terms with Daniel. He's creative and a real capitalist entrepreneur! Office facilities are professional. Cars are kept in the office building parking garage. His team marketed and sold my LS500 in about 20 days. Marketing included extensive photos taken at the office building. Every car will take a different amount of time. The LS500 is a huge and interesting sedan that doesn't appeal to everyone, If you have a hyper-popular car, expect Daniel's team to sell it much, much faster. Receipt of funds was easy- Daniel provided a check to me once the buyer's funds had cleared Signature's account. Note if you "debadged" (aka removed emblems)- Signature will charge you for the replacement of the badging. Minor issue but it's good to know in advance,

I had traded in a perfect condition Audi Q5 to a car that now after 60 days I'm getting quoted over 4-6 thousand in repairs. And after getting quoted for how much dealers are willing to pay for the car I'm down over 20k on what I bought the car for from him. Please bring a mechanic or someone to inspect the car he is selling you. Out of many used cars I have owned I have never felt this cheated out of money.

Right from the jump, he was incredibly straightforward. There was zero pressure, zero hassle, and absolutely no need to waste time haggling over the price. He gave it to us straight, which is so rare and refreshing in the car-buying world. ​Our Finance Manager, Michael was equally amazing. Financing a vehicle can usually feel like pulling teeth, but Michael made it a breeze. He was efficient, thorough, and just a great guy to talk to. ​I still can't believe it, but we spent a grand total of only three hours at the dealership. That included the test drive of three used Sequoias, picking the one we liked out of the three, the vehicle inspection, and getting all the final paperwork squared away with finance. We've all heard or experienced the horror stories of spending 6 to 8 hours at a dealership, but Chris and Michael valued our time and had us on the road in a flash. What stood out to us the most was the sheer respect we received. Walking into dealerships can sometimes feel intimidating, but Chris and Michael provided a truly delightful customer experience without a single ounce of judgment or prejudice. I will not be doing business with this dealership again and strongly caution others to be very careful if they choose to do so. My wife and I came in to test drive a car and, after the test drive, submitted a credit application--explicitly authorizing a credit pull--with the clear intent to purchase the vehicle. We were told everything was in order and scheduled an appointment the following morning for my wife to move forward with financing and paperwork. At no point were we informed that the vehicle was still at risk of being sold. While my wife was on her way to completing the financing process, she received a call informing her that the vehicle had been shown to another couple and sold. This occurred despite our salesperson clearly communicating to management that this deal was essentially set. That information was dismissed, and management allowed another salesperson to show and sell the vehicle without extending us even the courtesy of a phone call to give us the opportunity to finalize the purchase--which we absolutely would have done. I work with dealerships regularly in my profession, and while you hear stories like this, you hope they are exaggerated or rare. Unfortunately, this experience proved otherwise. When I raised the issue with management, the response felt scripted, dismissive, and entirely policy-driven, with no ownership or genuine concern for how poorly this was handled. It became very clear that the priority was selling the vehicle as quickly as possible, regardless of fairness, professionalism, or existing commitments. The message sent was simple: once a faster or more convenient sale appears, an active and committed customer is expendable. That reflects a lack of integrity in both process and leadership. I previously had a positive experience purchasing from Toyota of Cedar Park, which makes this situation even more disappointing. This was not a failure of the salesperson I worked with--it was a management decision, and it speaks volumes about how business is conducted there. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you choose to do business here, proceed with caution and do not assume that verbal assurances, credit applications, or scheduled appointments mean anything unless a deal is fully executed. This dealership and its management team should be ashamed of themselves!

    I came to this dealership interested in buying a new Volkswagen Jetta. Since I'd never even seen…read moreone in person before, I wanted to take my time, look the car over, and go for a test drive before discussing financing. Within minutes of meeting Jose, he brought me straight to his desk and started filling out a credit application. I showed him my pre-approval letter from my bank and explained that I already had financing lined up. I also told him I wasn't comfortable submitting a credit application before I'd even seen or driven the car. Despite that, he continued trying to push the paperwork. He seemed visibly annoyed when I declined, disappeared to speak with his sales manager, and eventually brought around a comparable vehicle. The entire walk-around felt rushed. While looking at the car, I asked how the price compared to the model I originally came to see. His response was, "This is what you can afford." I was honestly stunned. That's an incredibly disrespectful thing to say to a potential customer. At that point, I had no interest in continuing the conversation. When he tried to bring me back inside, I told him I was leaving. He made another snarky comment as I walked away. The next day, I accidentally returned to this location when I meant to visit another dealership, and Jose greeted me again. Unfortunately, it was more of the same. Before I could even properly look at the vehicle, he wanted to jump back into paperwork. Once again, I had to insist that I wanted to see and test-drive the car first. After another trip to the sales manager, he brought out a comparable model, and the test drive lasted what felt like five minutes--basically just around the block. Back at his desk, everything felt scripted and high-pressure. The entire interaction came across as impersonal, rushed, and focused on getting paperwork signed rather than helping a customer make an informed decision. As someone who was genuinely interested in buying a car, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with a salesperson. That said, I want to be fair. Everyone else I dealt with at the dealership was great. The sales managers worked hard to earn my business and put together a deal that I thought was fair, and the finance department was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. My frustration is directed solely at Jose. High-pressure sales tactics are one thing, but being dismissive and making comments like, "This is what you can afford," are unacceptable. A customer should never be made to feel talked down to for simply wanting to see and drive a vehicle before discussing financing. Because of my experience with Jose, I wouldn't choose to work with him again, but I do appreciate the efforts of the rest of the staff who ultimately made the buying process possible.
