We were heading home so it was easy for us to get to the bank since we were heading west on State. Headed in, got my husband's app taken care of by Cheryl today. She was super helpful and patient with us. I know she was just as frustrated as we were since the app wasn't playing nice. After a couple phone calls, we finally got an extra account added to his app. I got some funds taken out for some walking around cash. Quick and easy visit. I have been heading to a few different locations to get my banking needs taken care of. I do look forward to when State St is finally complete and I can head back to my neighborhood branch to get all my banking needs taken care of. The staff is always nice and helpful.

I stopped by the branch near the fairgrounds. MJ greeted me right away and I explained my issue. She started to help me but since it was an issue that she hadn't run into before she asked Sam. Sam provided some guidance before helping another client at his desk. MJ continued to try to figure out how to fix my issue and even consulted her book with hand-written notes that remind me when I first started working for my current job. That little notebook saved me out of so many jams during my first year. MJ figured out that she needed Sam to finish helping me and I obliged and stepped aside so MJ could assist the next client. Sam came back and we strolled over to his desk. I quickly provided a recap and in no time flat he was able to resolve my issue. Sam and MJ were courteous, professional, and so genuine. While this branch is not main branch, I have no issues popping in if I need to get some banking done. The customer service provided by MJ and Sam was superb.
