He then proceeds to argue with me and I show him the pen I gave it to him and he goes and says I'm not gonna be able to give it to you for free because it's halfway gone mind you I just bought this pen yesterday and it randomly just stopped working and he told me that they've been having problems with this type of brand . So not only do they overcharge but if they give you something that doesn't work, they expect you to come back and pay, which is ridiculous when they're the ones at fault. Not to mention, I understand that the card machine there is a fee but there's been multiple times. I brought cash and they have still overcharged me. Do not come here. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request.
