I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . I will definitely be back, they did such a great job, my friend really loved her birthday gift !

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! You stood out from everyone else and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with you.

After a couple of back and forth emails, he had them off to print. I picked up within a week of our first conversation and was blown away at the final product. Exceeding my expectations, truly. Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. I am attempting a few DIY things for my invitations and he was kind enough to give me samples of old invitations he made to test what I'm doing at home. DVP really has the best price and great speed of service. Here's why I gave them 5 stars and highly recommend them. 8x3 with colored photographs and logo comes out to $60. 10x3 with pictures is $72 including tax and you get the banner WITHIN 20 MINUTES!! This works great for procrastinators like me! :) Love love love this place! They also do canvas printing, stickers, and other things. The quality of the banner was top-notch and the picture came out crystal clear. I was hesitant that it would be done in 20 minutes and thought it needed some drying time. He guaranteed me 20 minutes and he was right! No color bleeding or traces of the color rubbing off. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I checked out a few other places before I found DVP Printing. Here's what I found and none compared to DVP: 1. Select Graphic and Printing: 11931 Euclid St Garden Grove, CA 92840. 8x3 banner, but not same day... 2-5 business days. Stickers will take even longer 3-5 business days. 2. Direct Signs: 14876 Dillow St., Westminster, CA. 8x3 banner with pictures comes out to about $80. I didn't go with them because they were just rude. Told us to cut out the pictures and paste it on the banner if we wanted a cheaper price. Really? 3. 14873 Moran St. (forgot the name). 8x3 with pictures comes out to $90 same day service. Was planning to go with them, but their machine was broken and I needed the banner fast. They asked why I waited so long. They said they would call me on Saturday to let me know if their machine was fixed and I never received a call back from them. I told them it was last minute because the printer I had initially booked with fell through and ended up charging us a higher price than originally quoted.
