It's only week 2 of having a brand new car and I somehow manage to get a dent in an area of the car that is notorious for being nearly impossible to repair. I had went to the dealership and they mentioned that because of the type of dent it is that the entire panel would need to be replaced. I was told through a friend that Bill was good. I just got my 2018 Tesla Model 3 back after having Bill and his crew apply Nasiol NL272 Nano Ceramic Coating for vehicle surface protection as well as installing 3M Scotchgard Pro paint protection film (PPF) on all critical areas. Bill took a lot of time over the phone and via email explaining the process and recommending what areas should be done with the PPF. The car now looks better than the day we got it. We came to Bill with my son's car first and not only did Bill flawlessly repair the dent but he also created a new bracket from a torn one in order to realign the fender! Pa Dent Repair LLC at 550 E Butler Ave, New Britain, PA 18901 is one of the best repair shops I have ever dealt with. About a year ago Bill fixed some dings in my car door and you cannot even tell where they were. This time I took my 10 year old truck to him to have some dents removed and get it detailed. When I picked up the truck it looked great, no dents and shining like a new vehicle. I took my BMW M Roadster hoping to get a couple of the dents repaired. To my suprise he was not only able to repair the ones I thought he could fix he fixed almost every dent on the car. There were dozens of dents on the passenger door that I never thought he would be able to fix. Bottom line is the car looks great and will not require any additional body work. I would recommend him and would suggest that before you go to a body shop that you have him take a look at it to see what he could do. Wife and I brought three cars to Bill -- Mercedes and two Porsche 911. He fixed a nasty ding in 20 minutes that looked incredible. Saved several hundred bucks!! He went over the two 911's (one a classic air-cooled) with a fine tooth comb finding many dings and paint irregularities I never realized were there. Fixed them all and did an amazing detail job on both. Bill is an absolute magician. I got a large dent in the parking lot right on the body line of my car. The body line remained intact but every other place I got quotes from said they weren't able to do a repair as a PDR. PA Dent Repair did a wonderful job with my 2 dents. One dent was big and had scratches. After he was done it was completely gone. No signs of any dent. The dent had a lot of rust but he got rid of all the rust. The other dent was also completely removed. The price was cheaper than the quote I got from Maaco.
