All I could say was thank god I found this on yelp. Unfortunately, my car was vandalized by some stupid kids and a broken rear mirror and a large dent was left on the right passenger door. Last Fall my car got a tiny dent on the hood. It was caused by a big acorn failing from a tree. I found MyAutoDents from Yelp. Eric responded almost instantly. Had a large dent on rear quarter of a sedan, very hard spot to get to. I can not comment on smaller dents, as I assume those turn out better then mine. He had to drill a hole in rear door frame to be able to reach behind the dent. (plugged it afterwards), and leaved a scratch where the hole was drilled. The dent did not come out well, as there are tons of rough spots that could not be smoothed out. It looks like i have 50 little dents instead of one big one. To be honest, i dont think its a 95% repair like he said. He promised a 95% repair with only a small wave in the area of the dent. Probably more like 50-60% since it is extremely rough in the whole area where the dent was. Basically looks like a bunch of rust bubbles in the whole area. Now I understand why no other paintless dent people would touch this dent. It was NOT worth $385 for how it ended up. During quoting he said it may have a wave in it which will be seen from close up. I ended up with tons of tiny dents that doesnt look good. Basically looks like a bunch of rust bubbles. Worst part is he never apologized / said anything at all. And he still took $385 which was the high end of his $300-385 quote. read more

I'm really careful with my car where ever I park. I'm the one that parks at the end of the parking lot even though there are spots closer to the entrance. Either way, i went to a farm to get some pumpkins for Halloween and it was packed so i took any spot that was open. Long story short, I parked at the "safest" spot i thought of, but when I came back, another car pulled next to me, a Nissan Armada, so it was a BIG car. I look to my passenger side fender and saw that the door dinged my car. I was super pissed and thought it was hopeless to get out at such a weird angle. Eric is a miracle worker. I have a bit of OCD which is never a good thing living in the city with a car. I only had my car for a few months, and I came back to two dents in a very tough spot on my door under the rear view mirror. Called Eric who was prompt with his replies and very easy to talk to, and magically within a few minutes of his arrival my car looked just like the day I got it. Not too long afterward, I had another ding on my back plastic bumper cover. Luckily I didn't have any paint damage, so I called a lot of PDR places to see how much it would cost to at least attempt to repair it. Everyone else told me not to do anything or call an auto body shop to fix it which would have cost hundreds of dollars, but in came Eric to the rescue. He was up front and honest and said that it couldn't be repaired 100% because it was plastic rather than metal, but after he worked his magic, the bumper looked great - I would say at least 90-95% back to normal when every other PDR place said they wouldn't touch it.
