My account was sent to collections for $4369.00, after insurance covered the majority. I told them that the surgery didn't work, they wanted me to come back in, and pay more money for them to try and correct the issue again. Why would I trust and allow them to close off more of my veins, when they have tried twice and it didn't work? I just think it's unfair of them to ask for more money when the service was unsatisfactory and they collected from the insurance company.

NEVER met with the doctor only his PA. Told to schedule an appointment. Was never informed what to expect; is there downtime, do I need to wear compression socks afterwards, etc. I'm going to need to do more research to determine whether I feel comfortable having this procedure done and where. Also I want to have confidence in the doctor who is performing the procedure. Unfortunately that was not the case for me.
