My first ever experience with cosmetic surgery has truly been a journey. I couldn't have asked for a better guide than Dr. Jan and his phenomenal team. My life is changed! Two components comprised my exceptional experience: the relational aspect and the aesthetic. The level of personal, face-to-face care I received is a unicorn experience in the field of medicine. Dr. Jan cares deeply about his patients, which is evident in the amount of spaciousness, focus, and personalized attention that he has established as the core of his practice. This is not a one-size-fits-all kind of surgeon or a mill churning out patients. It's a boutique experience. Dr. Jan is attentive, calm, responsive without being overbearing, and extraordinarily patient. I went in for at least one extra pre-op appointment purely due to anxiety, which was easily assuaged by Dr. Jan. It helped tremendously that everyone involved in the process, from the office staff to the surgical team, were top-tier. It couldn't have been a smoother process. The aesthetic outcome of my surgery is, in a word, exquisite. Cosmetic surgeons functionally operate as artists; they have to assess and determine proportion and shape all while weighing that against the technical aspects of the medicine. He does it brilliantly, with the hand of a artist and the brain of a scientist. I have new, unbounded life thanks to this man. I'm stunned every time I look in the mirror. All of the new possibilities in life that are unfolding in front of me now are a direct outcome of his expertise and skill. The results don't begin and end on the table, the benefits burst into every dimension of life. This investment is frankly priceless. It's not important that I share which procedures I underwent, simply because it doesn't actually matter. He is skilled at all of it, that much is abundantly clear. I'll go back to him for any future surgeries with my eyes closed. Dr. Jan is a hidden gem in a sea of adequately skilled surgeons. You won't find a flashy instagram with thousands of followers, but his work is worthy of it and more. That he doesn't require such a platform says everything about the type of practice he has built. You can't have 1:1 personal attention if your surgeon is a celebrity, these are the facts. Cosmetic surgery isn't for the faint of heart. It requires a great deal of fortitude not just to get through the recovery, but to go under the knife in the first place. Their open house showed their patients the newest treatments of hydrating facials, skin products and had a machine to detect sun damage plus it also indicated the age of the skin on your face. My experience with ASA Derm and Surgery Associates and my surgeon, Dr. Johnny Chung, has truly been life-changing in the best possible way. After undergoing a breast reduction and lift, I can honestly say that choosing Dr. Chung and his team was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Years ago, I saw Dr Chung and I believe it was a nurse practitioner (?). It was a very sensitive situation and they both made it very comfortable to discuss with both of them. I had scar removal and was extremely pleased with the results. Since then I have considered other procedures (such as fillers). I really wanted to write this review because Dr. Chung was easy to talk with and he and his staff were non-judgmental. He even took the time to compose and submit a letter to my insurance company on my behalf. Dr kevitch did abdominoplasty 10 yrs ago. Good job, had lipo in 2021, not so good. Had to have some revision . Not good again, my thighs & arms are ruined. And now he's retired. Go elsewhere. They would not accept my insurance for my minor daughter because the insurance card did not have her name on it specifically. I've never seen a doctor's office refuse to treat a minor child because she does not have her own insurance card. Our appointment was cancelled on the spot. Initially I was so anxious and ready for the surgery. I expected satisfying results given the background for Dr. Kevitch. The office staff are very friendly. I felt comfortable with Dr. Kevitch however, I did not like that he was so brief & a little too impersonal, almost like you were just the next one to be checked off the list. Dr. Kevitch was however, very professional, but unfortunately I have not experienced the true results I wanted. Upon post ops I brought up my concerns, but he assured me my breast wouldn't fall any lower. After taking all precautions my sag is back- My breast are currently very similar looking to my "before". There is a slight difference in size and lift but it os ever so slight. Unfortunately I'd say that he did a C average for me. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could! had a septoplasty done by Dr. Jan in 2016. My nose was wrecked from years of wrestling. Not only can I finally breath, but my once distorted nose is now upright and strait. His bedside manner is second to none. He truly takes his time with each patient to go over all of the risks involved. I had no surprises after surgery because of Dr. Jan's thorough consultation. I am writing out of extreme disappointment and concern regarding the staff of this practice. While Dr. Jan was amazing at every consultation, I had to sadly cancel my surgery set with him. Although there are red flags about your staff's unprofessionalism written across different health/plastic surgery platforms, there is nothing like experiencing first hand the poor customer service received by the front-end staff. The lack of courteousness, knowledge about the service and the blatant disregard for a patients concern is alarming. A patient who makes the immensely brave decision to put their confidence and body image in what is supposed to be a "prestigious" practice to only be knocked down by mediocre staff's rude disregard to client service. It should not only be unacceptable to the patient, but also to the surgeons (that are actually kind and compassionate). This practice lost a patient not because I did not believe in the results I could achieve with Dr. Jan, but because I could no longer accept the level of crudeness the staff continued to expose. Hopefully the schedulers will receive some type of training in the area of compassion and understand that patient's experience is not just in the physical results that they receive, but also in the nurturing manner the doctor's staff supports the doctors by caring for their patients journey as well. On the heels of breast cancer awareness month, I really hope that survivors and current battlers of the disease are not being treated this way while  entrusting them with their care . It is your responsibility to protect the integrity of your practice, so please don't let this fall on deaf ears. read more
