No response. 8 days go by, I call, no answer, then leave a message, no response. I even texted him since he was communicating to me about scheduling the bid through texting, no response. 10 days go by, I call one last final time, and they actually took my phone call. Asked if I would ever hear back about the bid. He told me he'll give me a call back. He texted me a few hours later saying he is too busy and to find someone else. It's inconsiderate, because if that was the case he could've communicated that to me much sooner without me having to pester him, or at the very least called me back and let me know the situation. Only getting 2 stars because he was friendly when he came out to the house and did the bid.
