I called Fox Detailing because I was behind his van at a stop light and saw "veteran owned" on the van. I am a supporter of our military and law enforcement so I called. It is important to me that whoever cleans our vehicles does it with attention to detail and uses proper techniques to avoid damaging the paint. We have five vehicles and all of them are extremely expensive. Since my vehicles are washed weekly they never get super dirty. It's really more maintenance. Using a detail service for weekly maintenance is nothing new for me. I've been doing this for a couple of decades. So I do know how to compare service providers. Every provider I have used has been around $75 per vehicle per week, because it is just maintaining a clean vehicle. Fox detailing charged $75 exterior plus $75 for interior. I explained to him that he's double. He went on and on about how much better his quality is. I went ahead and did it with hopes of seeing more. The first detail was fine, not mind blowing, but not bad either. We discussed the high and low points and I decided to continue with him. Next he cleaned my truck and I had to send him images of all the stuff left on the front grill and the windows were spotted horribly bad. He "said" the next exterior on the truck would be free. The next time he cleaned the truck he actually Wrecked it into the house trying to park it. That's a first. Thankfully it was the truck instead of one of the extremely expensive vehicles. It did damage the truck and a little damage to the house. As of me writing this review he has not done anything to fix the damage. The next time he came was awful. As soon as I went to my vehicle I saw how terrible of a job he did. The Windows and paint were filthy. When I told him about it I was shocked by his reply. It quickly went from sorry, I'll make it right to you to I need more time to complaining about the way the detailer before him Solid the ceramic coat. As of this writing, he has still not even come to look at the mess. Instead of coming to even look at the vehicle and correcting the problem he chose to go straight to social media to dog on Me. Going on about me having a million dollars in vehicles and how I expect him to clean my vehicles for $50, which has never been discussed. Then saying if I want this kind of quality I've got to Pay. The "quality" he's talking about is absolutely the worse job I have ever seen a detail company produce AND wrecked vehicles. According to Brad, if you want a nasty car and you want an irresponsible person to wreck your car, that's going to cost you extra. Then ends his rant with name calling. It's amazing how quickly he became the victim and chose to take that narrative to the public square. I could never recommend Fox Detailing. Very immature and does not pay attention to details. I am sure there will be a lawsuit coming. I can't see him being the type of character that would do the right thing.

When it showed up it had…read morea lot of cosmetic damage including scratches, swirls, areas where the clearcoat had been buffed through, and a ton of spots that looked like the car sat under a berry tree for a year. It was low mileage and great mechanically, so I did not want to lose the $2200 in delivery fees returning it. I took it to Toledos, had Cesar look it over and he tested a couple different methods on small spots to see what would work (without charging me). I had full confidence that he could at least make it decent looking, but I was blown away by the difference! What started as dread and regret for my purchase became a vehicle I was happy to drive around in. Of course there were a few spots that nothing could fix, but I think he got 95% or more looking like new. The before pics are at the end (would not let me change them around), but you can see if is an amazing transformation. If you need detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating or tinting - Put your trust in Toledos!

We stopped by and spoke with the owner, Anthony, to set up an appointment. Anthony inspired confidence in us pointing out the areas that needed attention, how they would clean it, and make the car shine. He also let us know that he had a satisfaction guaranteed policy. The interior and engine had dust in every crevice and the exterior needed a quality wash and wax. We were impressed with the cleaning results and how that electric blue color sparkled in the sunlight. We would definitely use Victory Detailing again if we lived in the area.
