It's my first time here. I called to make an appointment and was able to get it the next day. I came here for fingerprinting. They have the FD-258 cards here. They charge $25/card and they only take cash or check. The people from Pac signing here are super nice! It's in a small office in a multioffice space. It was a bit hard to find the place since the office name wasn't by the main entrance of the suite. The receptionist of the multi office space wasn't exactly the nicest but not the fault of Pacsigning. read more

I was in desperate need of a translator to help me get a German legal document translated to English for the green card process. I failing them online searching "document translator Portland" and someone responded to me right away. I emailed the doc from my phone, paid online with a credit card and it was emailed to me along with a document from the translator and showing having been notarized in less than 48 hours. I was unclear that they don't actually have papers for you, you need to print it out yourself. That was a big question for me and I did ask but was not told the correct answer but I'm probably more than half to blame for being speedy & incoherent. I made an appointment to get fingerprints done for a state background check. There were multiple people in the waiting room who had also made appointments and were waiting. It's now been more than 20 minutes past my appointment time and who knows when I'll actually be seen. Go somewhere else for fingerprints, it shouldn't be so difficult. read more

I would not recommend this company to take out the garbage. It is the night before a Refi signing and she fired me because I called asking if the docs had arrived from the Title Company. This company cannot even afford a map of Oregon to know where their signings are. They have asked me to go to Southern Oregon, Eastern Oregon, all over the state although I have my territory posted on many web sights by zip code.
