I arrived and was greeted promptly and only had to wait a few minutes while the notary (Vandy) wrapped up with another client. I had one document that I needed notarized and then shipped. She flailed her arms in the air in attempts to insert herself where not needed. She turned to owner and said she will not be talked to "that way". I asked her to mind her own business and finished with clerk helping me to get a duplicate receipt so I could follow up with FE. Yes, the person helping me and the owner explained problems with FedEx & untimely deliveries were beyond their control and to contact FE. I still expressed my discontent as this is 2 days late for a birthday gift. Customers are allowed to express discontent and I thanked the clerk for his time. There was no name calling, raised voices or threats. I just said I'm unhappy. That's it. I've been there numerous times with no unhappy interactions. Worker X has no business working with the public. She has some sort of MH issue that is not resolved and when an unhappy customer is present, she can't handle it. She stormed out of the postal store after I left to the next door business where they sell spirits. Something's not right with her. I hope she gets the help she needs.
