Dr. Pacana is amazing. His receptionist is the sweetest. Always fits me in on a whim. Very professional!

I was first treated by Dr. Benjamin Levy who was wonderful explaining my knee condition and ways to treat it. Very pleased. He transferred to another practice but I was assigned to Dr. Jesse Fodaro. I could not be more pleased. Knowledgeable, friendly, willing to answer questions and willing to work with what I want to do. I am extremely pleased. Regarding the office staff, they are usually very friendly. My last visit the lady who takes the co-pays seemed stressed and on edge. She did speak rather sharply when I tried paying it on the way out, as she was not available when I entered the office, and was called in before she was available. She curtly told me they would have to bill me as copays were closed for the day. It did take me by surprise but we all have rough days. Otherwise, the entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Though Dr. Darling is kind and knowledgeable, the office staff at this location is simply miserable; they have no problem disrespecting you or expressing their discontent of their position by taking it out on you. I should have done my research and took the google reviews into consideration before making an appointment with this office. Stay away!

Scott McKay DC is without question the nicest Chiropractic I have ever been to so far. You…read moreimmediately get a sense that Scott is actually interested in trying to help to alleviate your pain, which might seem an obvious expectation for a Chiropractic, but in my experience once many Chiropractics have you on the hook, they try to keep going as regularly as possible. Not so with Dr. McKay. He openly says that his goal is to get rid of your pain altogether with the intent of not having you attend each week, and if for some reason the treatment doesn't work, then he will suggest an alternative path. Dr. McKay uses an oscilating gun type of manipulator that rapidly hammers your joints to make adjustments rather than manually grabbing your back and forcing your joints back into alignment. The hammer apparently operates at such a speed that your musles have no time to contract before the adjustment is made. The result is said to be less traumatic experience for your body. I would recommend Dr. McKay to anyone who has gone for manual Chiropractic treatment before and didn't find it helped them. I know of people that travel hours for treatment with Dr. McKay...and with all the Chiropractics around these days that might tell you something! Of course it has to be said that this type of treatment may not be suitable for everyone...If you are experiencing pain then I know just how excruciating it can be, so I wish you all the best and hope that you will be pain free ASAP...
