I was fortunate to locate this clinic a mile away from where we were vacationing in August. I have a great chiropractor back in Tampa Bay, but wouldn't be back there until mid September. This is the first time being out of town where I knew I had to find someone. I received a recommendation but that person, even though he knew my family, would not see a new patient. But I saw good recommendations for Complete Care, and they were able to get me in 2 days later. New patient paperwork was done online, and when I got there I did have to fill out a current assessment, which apparently is what they do with each visit (good idea). I was matched up with Dr. Greg Baumler who spent a lot of time with me and we had a good rapport even before I got on the table. He quickly diagnosed that I had one side probably 3 inches higher than the other, so he was able to adjust that and get me back in balance. I was able to work out over the next week, feeling much better and without pain. I had a 2nd visit, which was more maintanence then anything but gave me even more confidence. Sadly I got sick, so didn't want to go back to the clinic until I was certain I was negative. When I visit the area, I will definitely see Dr.Baumler if I need care. I highly recommend this place. I started going here when I was pregnant with my son in 2022. I had thrown my back out weeks before I was due. Dr Niccole was/is amazing!! She put so much care into my treatment and I was realigned and feeling great when the time came for labor! Fast forward a few months later, my son couldn't turn his neck because he favored one side during feeding. He was miserable and tummy time was so difficult. I brought him to Dr Niccole and in just 1 visit he could begin to turn his head. You could just see the relief in his face immediately. Dr Niccole patiently and gently worked her magic on my newborn and he is thriving today! I can't say enough great things about this practice. So, everyone knows that I love Drs Niccole Jefferlone and Patrick Alf. They have helped me through some of my chronic issues. I have had back problems since High School. I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease when I was 20 and had a discectomy. I have suffered with severe Migraines as well since I was 16 and had a TIA - stroke 2 years ago because of a migraine. Because of these Doctors, I have been taken off all of my medication including all Migraine meds and Topamax for the stroke. I honestly don't know where I would be without them and their adjustments and Graston Technique. I have been to many other Chiropractors and can say that both of these Doctors have given me the most time and care. I've been going to this chiropractic place for about 8 months now, I've been working through their process, a few adjustments didn't go great! Meaning one problem would be solved but another would come up. I recently had an issue with a treatment and I asked to come back in to get it resolved they said it was the law to charge me. Even though I know that they could have taken care of it with a one time credit. Not only did I have to pay for two visits to try to fix one bad adjustment, but it is actually didn't solve the problem, so now I'm out $90 and I still have the same neck pain directly related to my adjustment which I have never had before this! I've had a headache, swelling and loss of sleep since this adjustment. Now, I'm likely return to my previous chiropractor. I can say the staff is very friendly but not great at customer service when there is an issue. Yesterday when before I left I asked to have the manager call me to discuss and I have not received a follow up call. Overall, I don't like writing a bad review! Disappointed read more
