I called and called to have my sweet kitty who passed taken care of and got no response. Even after leaving several messages. Horrible.

Our pet was returned to us in days in the urn that we purchased and we couldn't have been happier with the service.

A non-descript building in an office park. Thank god for GPS driving instructions…read more Caring and compassionate people when you open the door. My 16year old greyhound passed recently. Called around. Previous place no longer did pet cremations. Forever Faithful was recommended. Great Recommendation. Reasonable price included an urn. Treated very compassionately in this difficult time. Would highly recommend. I drove 30 miles to get to their location.

I lost my cat in the evening and called, left a voicemail and the woman called me back about a half hour later to which I explained the scenario and said I would arrive with him the next day at 1 pm. When I arrived the girl was extremely brief, zero sympathy, zero empathy just straight to the point "its this much for a standard urn, I could add engraving and a hair clipping". Was not walked through better urn options or any other add ons. She essentially made us feel like she just wanted us to get the heck out of there quickly. She did not say sorry for your loss or even act like she cared at all of what a huge loss this was for our family. It was extremely jarring as my cat was like my soul mate whom I've had by my side through everything for 15 years. For 6 months he fought through a cancer diagnosis surpassing what even his vet expected of him. I went through SO much in this time, giving him medication, spoon feeding him, buying every product under the sun to get him to keep weight to help his battle. So when death finally came for him it was a pain unlike anything I've ever felt. So Miss "Having a bad day" really didn't help. Her complete inability to show any kind of care or emotion for someone entering a place that handles loss was unbelievable. The ONLY reason they're getting 2 stars from me is because as always the packaging and product received for him was still beautiful. But I would NOT recommend this company and I will NOT be back in the future. I'd prefer to go through this type of heartbreaking scenario with a place that is capable of empathy.

Please take the time to read, as this may be quite lengthy…read more I know the nature of doing business is trying to make a profit, however, based on our personal interaction with Paul, you would never get the impression that making a profit was what mattered. He made it abundantly clear that you and the loss of your beloved pet is what mattered. We called to seek services and without even hesitation or the mention of packages and pricing, all Paul wanted to know was "What was her name." Not in a way to write up a form, but in general interest of wanting to know what important pet has left your family. My family has been in animal rescue for years and no one has ever taken that caring approach on wanting to know about the pet first. What was she like, how she mattered to you and her importance in your life. He made you feel like you indeed are dealing with a loss and it was definitely significant. Upon meeting him, it was understood why. He had a dog, Brady, that was his whole world. This dog travelled the nation with him and was his companion for years. He was known in the community and was very beloved. Sadly, he passed away and Paul knew first hand the great loss it weighs on the heart. He took that loss and somehow translated into being able to comfort those during their sadness and making them feel like they are not just a transaction. He sympathized, because he felt that pain before. He understood, because he has been there before. And for some, these pets are their whole world, and he has known that, because he had Brady. This is the kind of care that you want handling your cremations for your fur babies. You want someone who will cradle them, as they carry them away from your car and you want someone who hands you back a beautiful urn with a lovely wildflower seed heart to plant, so that the love continues to live on. I do not say this lightly, but if you are in your time of despair due to pet loss... Paul is the best person to handle your cremation needs. Thank you Paul.
