I had a leak in my bathtub. It turned out to be a leaky hot water side handed. The man in charge cut two large holes in the vanity in my bedroom, but he still didn't find the leak. He finally listen to me, made a cut under the bathtub in the first floor ceiling to find the leak, but he broke the center handle. They left for lunch without telling what they were going to do. They came back with a cheaper faucet set, but couldn't find a replacement for the center handle. They left a complete mess of my house, holes and debris, and shower that didn't work properly. I had to call and pay for another plumber. Pace charged me nearly 700 dollars, so in other word, this leak cost me over $ 1000. dollars with hole repairs and a new plumber. I will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

Everyone that I have dealt with has been top notch, and I had to reschedule a few times for fixtures I ordered myself not being delivered on time. All pluming is expensive factually you should avoid one that is way cheaper than the normal cost the rest of them cost so they were on par with their charges to other area plumbers I would have possibly used read more

I called these people because I had an emergency. My old back commode that should have been replaced long ago started flooding out the back. It was during the night of course and flooded the bathroom and some of the carpet. The cut off valve was rusted beyond repair and I had known it for years. Was up at 4am outside with a flashlight shutting off the water to the house. They came quickly and on time the following morning. They did a fine job, but they are not cheap. I told the guy that the last plumber that replaced my sink valves a year before put on sorry ones and that he would never be back again. He raised his hand and showed me the exact same cheap cut off valve, I just turned around and walked off. $203 dollars. And for a new commode just over $700 dollars. I told the woman on the phone that seemed kind of high considering they only cost about $200 at Lowe's. Her reply was that coming from the factory it's guaranteed for the life of the house. Which is rubbish and she knew it . I am using the front bathroom until I can figure out who to use. Never try and give business to people just because they live close to you. But they did come right out when needed. read more
