She gave me information I needed and was absolutely kind in interactions. A keeper. The second person was unkind, impatient, and unhelpful. She has no business interacting with people. I had the sense that she was in charge, which may or may not be, but her attitude and behavior would absolutely preclude my ever going back to Lorraine Mills. No one, no matter their age, should be treated rudely or unhelpfully. If you can't work with people and their frailties, please find another job. Life is too short to be miserable.

And if someone did say that, they most definitely did not have a team as efficient and capable as Cunha movers (Bob, Mike & Chris) These guys *flew* through the move, wielding their leverage straps, carrying stacks of boxes of BOOKS on their backs, and were happy and upbeat while doing it. They totally didn't mind us helping the process along to get it done in as little time as possible, as long as we stayed off the truck itself. And bonus soundtrack of slow 90's R&B jams on truck: "Cuz tonight, baby, I WANNA GET FREAKY WITH YOU!" And then they drove on to another job for the afternoon! Everything placed just where I wanted it, nothing broken, this was the lowest stress moving day of my life. Highly recommended!
