My case # BC522349. I'm not sure how this firm is getting 5 stars but if I could give 0 stars and report them to be investigated by the FBI and any other legal entity, I would. This firm destroyed me and my well-being and mislead me into dropping my own case 4 and 1/2 years into holding onto my case and knowing I was at my worst - emotionally, mentally, financially, and physically. Where to begin? They did not preserve any evidence from the location where I fell 10+ft through glass that was covered with a rug. They mislead me into believing we will win $4million (this was not what I wanted, this was THEIR number). In desperate need of pain relief after 2+ years into my case, entire time my tailbone would give me chronic piercing pain (in addition to my heels, ankles, and neck), they had me see a "pain management" doctor who gave me an injection that almost put me into what felt like was a coma and seizures - this law firm and Mike Holloman, Shayani, and Lazarus did not care to address any of my concerns. The endless turnover of staff. Sending me back to the site where I fell for me to witness the complete reconstruction of the place where the homeowner covered building code violations, all while I was being bullied by the defense. Knowing the amount of pain and damages I had in all aspects - they continued to send me to doctors and appointments in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles - knowing I live 70+ miles away. After 6 months of bedrest and just beginning to drive again - they sent me all the way to Torrance for a deposition - it took me 4 hours to drive home that day. It seemed as if they even tried to test me with my deposition - PAG LIED in my question forms and claimed I did not drink (I had 2 beers in an 8 hour period that day). I was never given notice of the deposition of the other witnesses (only one - which ended up being a truly bizarre experience). They began to send me to a total of 32 doctors 2+ years into the case. I have my entire case file to prove their incompetence. In my opinion, they colluded with the defense's insurance company. The homeowner who owned the house I fell in is a multi-millionaire and a self-proclaimed real estate investor/agent. His disposition was clearly in my favor. Then, they sent me to a trial attorney which was clearly a facade. PAG and the trial attorneys trial to have my case bifurcated on 3 occasions - and after the 3rd denial is when they tricked me into dropping my own case, claiming I had a better chance to drop them then and getting a new lawyer to sign on. These people are full of lies and deceit. Be careful. I can go on and on and on about everything else - there is so much more to my story that is hard to comprehend and explain. I contemplated suicide on a few occasions because of them, literally. People who I thought were supposed to help me only DESTROYED me even more. They left me to rot and left me in more pain than I had to begin with. read more

Because spending a few minutes now and researching is certainly better than wasting your time for 5 years like me and returning empty-handed from the attorney's office. I had a severe accident five years ago, which was not my fault for sure, and unfortunately, due to my lack of experience and with the deceptive advertisement of radio KIRN 670, I contacted Payam Shayani's office, and they looked into the case and found out that the accident must be really profitable and big. Several people from their office called me every day ,and asked me to give this case to Payam Shayani. They asked me to sign the contract in a Starbucks on Sunday. I told them today is holiday , so I will be at your office tomorrow to sign the contract. They had fear of loosing a very money-making case so they insisted me to sign the contract on that specific day. Eventually,I signed the contract (let it be said that a larger percentage of the contract belonged to them and their doctors). After signing the contract, I did everything they said. I did all their treatments and orders one by one. One year passed, two years, three years, four years and we entered the fifth year, but nothing happened. I regularly followed the case myself, and the people who answered my phone kept changing. I spoke to Payam Shayani several times on the phone and once in person. Each time he talked more about himself and his successful cases( million dollars cases) as his fake advertisements in a fake radio like 670 kirn. I thought by myself that he is the best lawyer in California. He gave various excuses that the insurance is stuck on your case, and he also told me as an unprofessional lawyer, "I spent the cost and time of a million dollar case on your case and I'm tired..." My case is still ongoing, but no one gives me a logical answer. I wanted to write a small part of my experience with this lawyer and their office to help everyone who reads this message and tell them not to trust the advertisements of Radio 670 and the lawyer and his words and promises he makes when signing a contract. I hope that you will never have an accident, but if an accident happens to you, do not trust any words like : jackpot, lucky seven, and such definitions, and choose an anonymous lawyer, even if possible, without advertising on Radio 670. You will get your desired result much sooner. (Because this bad experience made me distrust any advertising of Iranian businesses on this radio).I can write book about their negative feedback but I just recommend please stay AWAY from this lawyer. Beware of their deceptive practices and unfulfilled promises!!! I engaged the services of Pacific Attorney Group, particularly attorney Payam Shayani, after my wife's unfortunate accident on January 11, 2020. Enticed by their advertising campaigns promising substantial settlements and highlighting their dedication to clients, we hoped for assistance in covering medical and car expenses. However, our experience with this firm has been nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. From the outset, the lack of communication was glaring. Despite the gravity of the situation, Mr. Shayani only spoke to us once during the entire 3.5-year duration of our case. Throughout this time, we were contacted a mere three or four times by other random attorneys there, mostly for deposition scheduling, which was repeatedly canceled and rescheduled. This lack of communication fostered an environment of uncertainty and frustration for us. The peak of our dissatisfaction came around June 2023 when we were informed of our settlement amount, a seemingly generous $177,500. Naively, my wife accepted without probing into the specifics of what portion she would actually receive. The reality struck when we received a check for a meager $38,259.29. Only then did we realize the gross discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered. A subsequent breakdown of the fees exposed the true nature of their deceptive practices. The firm retained a staggering $71,000 for attorney fees, $66,868.25 for medical expenses, and an additional $1,372.46 for processing, medical record, and litigation fees, totaling $139,240.71. In essence, they kept a bit over 40% of the entire settlement for their attorney fees plus other made-up fees, leaving us with a paltry 21.55%. The promises made by Pacific Attorney Group regarding reimbursement for our out-of-pocket expenses that incurred during the case were also left unfulfilled and conveniently forgotten, compounding the sense of betrayal and deceit. Pacific Attorney Group, contrary to their advertisements, prioritizes their own financial gains over the well-being of their clients. I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to exercise caution. Demand a detailed breakdown of all fees and any possible hidden fees in writing before proceeding. Pacific Attorney Group's advertising claims of securing the most money for clients are misleading, as they seem more focused on securing the most money for themselves. Yes based on above mentioned sentences I had very though and bad car accident last year April 2015 , it was my first accident inside the USA and I really got shocked , based on someone else neglect & wrong left turn, I got involved on unexpected story ,total lost brand new car with three airbags diploid, badly body ( Chest,neck, lower back , both knees ) injury , but fortunately I didn't panic , after calling 911, and Ford roadside assistant , calmly & fortunately called Persian community's familiar number (818) 777-7777 from first minute she start great care and customer service got my complete information and not later than two hours very polite and young Gentleman " Sepehr " knocked my office door and after checking my car told me that you are in good hand and let us start process , explain everything about detail of contract line by line and we signed mutual beneficial contract , after two days "Taleen" my direct caseworker called me and explained about related medical and treatment process and gave me the list of Doctors that I need to visit , started from great Chiropractor Dr.Darab , Orthopedist Dr.Mahboubian and others , I start my medication and in the same time they are following up with me almost every other week , after four months treatment and collecting all necessary medical paperwork , the second phase of work start and "Payam" by himself and his talented team workers getting involved of real fight with not only third parties but also my personal insurance company and after six months proudly settled my winner case and I received the formal latter include settlement percentage breakdown, in first glance I didn't like it so called back "Taleen" and ask her to connect me to direct manager , she transferred my call to "Sarah" she greet me professionally and respectfully negotiate with me and we came to final conclusion and after three business day I received my desired check , in the end I have to say I'm proudly & completely satisfy with their professional management team , staff and I definitely recommend "Pacific attorney Group" to everybody who get involved of accident or body injury read more

ALERT! Please make sure to visit the California State Bar's Website and check on this guy's Payam Shayni's license. He had his license suspended but I guess he has not learned a lesson or taken anything away from his license suspension. All these people commenting the very obvious about him having either one star or 5 star reviews and stating that 5 star reviews are fake I would say that it is a really good observations and good that they are pointing out the quite obvious. I have been keep close tabs on his reviews and they were previous under PAG and had so many negative reviews and now they are under Pacific Attorney Group. Anyhow, I would like to discuss my experience with this joke of a law firm. Before you hire them they will tell you a bunch of lies just to get your case and once you hand it over to them they in turn hand it over to a bunch of high school kids who do not have the slightest clue about law and legal matters to work on your case. People that they hire for some reason promptly get fired. I can't keep count of how many people I talked to and when I called back these people were no longer with the firm. I can't describe the unprofessionals and lack of customer service that I endured with Pacific Attorney Group. I tried to get my case back from them but they would constantly refuse and were very hostile. The only people that stay with this firm are the once who are aggressive and are willing to argue with customers and be hostile towards them. Be very careful with this law firm. There are a number of reputable lawyers and law firms who take their jobs very seriously. This is not one of them. I honestly feel sorry for anyone that has to come into contact with them. When you see Payam Shayani's name on the back of the buses or hear his ads on the radio pleas do not pay any attention. I can't believe I have to talk about this so vividly but needless to say it is important. Some people mentioned that he also works or makes a pact with opposite side and I pretty much believe this to be true as it seemed to be the case. Please if you have been a victim of this law firm file a complaint against his license with the California State Bar. After more than A YEAR of hiring Payam Shayani as my attorney and going to their recommended chiropractor, his office just recently came back and told me that the accident that I was involved in was my fault!! I was stopped at a red light and 85% of my car was on the other lane and when the light became green this huge commercial truck, which was not behind me when I was stopped behind the light, hits my car on the driver's door and the backseat door strongly demolishing half of my car. The trucker was apparently texting or was on the phone! I had a passenger in the backseat and had a witness as well. Easy case! After one year, Shayani's office comes back and tells me that the other side has said it was my fault and the attorney buys their story!!! Shayani's law firm is one of the worse personal injury law firms in Southern California. When you call their office, it always goes to an answering machine and you can not talk to anyone; if they return your call, they return it 5-6 days later. My case manager was named Dareh and he was let go 10 months after he was on my case because apparently he was not doing a good job. The new case manager was a guy with the name of Hyke with a heavy accent and not knowing what to do at all! He is the one who told me the other side has said it was my fault!!!! I do not recommend this law firm to anyone; a bunch of junior and unprofessional staff!! They cannot even handle an easy case like mine! I am taking my case to another attorney. read more

i would give this law firm a zero if i could. do not go to this law firm unless you want your case to be flushed in latrine. i was rear ended 03/04/15. had previous back issues aggravated and advanced significantly when was rear ended on 91 freeway. i was assigned brian andrews as the attorney representing my interest. As it turns out he was representing the interests of the opposing insurance company. They must be proud of him. This guy lies to you telling you will file case in Riverside Superior Court, assured me of this on 03/31/15, week later sends a letter different story,states stopping all negotiations and feels not worth filing in court as promised week earlier. The letter states call him to discuss and as expected Andrews starts going into avoidance mode. Hes a nasty guy and is representing best interest of law firm and insurance company.
