I had an appointment to see her to sign the C&R paperwork. That was the worst day of my 71 years of my life. Again she threatened to stop being my attorney. She instructed my case manager to get the paperwork to sign her off as my attorney. The C&R paperwork was on the desk she ordered me out of her office. I grabbed the C&R paperwork from her desk. She yelled at me to put the paperwork back. She's no longer my attorney. The paperwork has my name on it. It belongs to me. The next thing I hear is Jeannie yelling at the case manager to get the paperwork from me. That's when the case manager grabbed my arm and the strap of my purse and would not let me leave. I finally got to the door but the case manager would not let me go tearing the paperwork from my hand. I walked out with the paperwork. I was so scared. I got to my car and noticed my arm was bleeding. The reason she wanted the paperwork from me was because on the other side of my C&R paperwork was another client QME report. ANOTHER CLIENTS QME REPORT private information. Is this a hempa violation? I wonder if she treats other clients the way she treated me. Find yourself another attorney.
