I hired this company to clean our house before we moved our furniture in. I guess they didn't realize we already had cameras installed so came in, while I wasn't here, and didn't actually- just pretended. When I reached out to the owner to inform her, Marcela, she was apologetic but said they probably ran out of time. I told her I didn't want them to return because they weren't trustworthy and she sent them anyways. They still did not know about cameras and came and did the same thing again. I told her afterwards the place was still dirty. And she said they didn't have enough time but she would bill me more next time to make sure they had time. I did not receive a refund and she acted like she did me a favor by not charging me more for their return. This was a horrible first experience with a cleaning team as we are new to this city. Marcela will be kind but her team does not do work and they are not honest. And when you call it out and have video proof, Marcela will not refund you. Disgraceful. read more

My wife and I just starting using Coachella Maids to have our house cleaned every other week. We were pleasantly surprised with how professional they have been from the very first meeting. The quality of our house cleaner was much better than anyone we've ever used before, She listened to our special requests for cleaning products as well as some areas in the house that needed attention.
