This was a serious accident, and every time I called, it felt like I was just wasting my time. Communication was terrible, and everything moved extremely slow. Every time I texted or messaged my case manager, things just got delayed even more, and I rarely got a response. Mayra Chaidez is not a good person to work with. She was never in the office and only replied when she felt like it. I had to move on after almost a year because nothing was ever done for my injuries. My accident happened on 12/12/2024, and I didn't get my surgery until October 31, 2025. This was a terrible experience. I would never go with them again. With this law group I have had over to lawyers and over two different legal agents working my case. My last lawyer was fired from the law group for not doing anything with any of his cases as they told me, when I spoke with owner/lead lawyer he said my case would be solved with them in three weeks. That three weeks ended over three months ago and I still have heard nothing from the law group. Every time I call the law group I either get no answer or the receptionist says the lawyer will get back to me, but I never receive a call back.
