Wonderful Yoga Studio in Pacific Beach, with small personalized classes. Lisa is an amazing yoga teacher. She is engaging, supportive and makes yoga fun. Her clear and gentle guidance on correct positioning is the best I have ever experienced. The mix of Vinyasa with restorative Yoga has made a huge difference in my flexibility and balance.
