I'll start by saying, The lady who cut my hair did a great job! When we first arrived we walked in and all the ladies were busy, they immediately said "take a seat" so we sat in the chairs there and waited maybe 10 minutes for them to finish up, no issue. But then she asked what I'd like done and I'm telling her and she THEN says it's cash only. There wasn't a single sign in their building saying cash only. So we then had to walk across the street to get cash! She styled my hair without asking first as well, she said "your hair is wavy so I have to straighten"... I was charged $40 for a decent short haircut and for a styling that I didn't ask for! But honestly I would go back, bringing cash next time and saying from the beginning to JUST cut and NOT style, it would've been $25 instead! So, If you get your hair cut here, make sure to bring cash and if they start straightening your hair without asking, your total goes from 25 to 40! read more

I took both of my kids here today we didn't have an appointment they were great about accommodating us. I have a 6 and 4 year old and if you are a mom you know how difficult can be for our kids to want to cut their hair. My 6 year old is Autistic and the lady was so patient and detailed. Lucy is amazing. I told her what I wanted, she asked for a picture, and then did an amazing mix of both the picture and my description. The atmosphere was very inviting and light-hearted. This was my first time ever going to this salon. Let me tell you! They accepted walk ins, and took me in right away. I showed Tina a picture of the hairstyle I wanted. Tina went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, meanwhile having good conversations! After Tina was done cutting my hair, again she asked if it's what I wanted, and honestly, it was better! She explained to me the type of hairstyle it was and what she did (undercut) she even showed me different hairstyles I could do with my new haircut. I've been a customer here for over six years now and they've always done a great job on my mane. More than the haircuts I love the entertainment I get from Touch, Tina, Lucy and Mary. They always leave me laughing and full! Usually after a haircut they each take me to the back and feed me because they know I love Cambodian food. They also let me know if I gained a little weight, calling me "kamap" in Cambodian witch means FAT and I still come here. It's no biggie it's all out of love and that's just how Cambodian people are, like human weight scales. "Hey! You're fat! You want something to eat?" Not sure if that's a great business model but hey, it seems to be working. There are a lot of devoted patrons that come here that I see, men and women alike.
