He answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed or like we were just another client. You can tell he loves what he does and wants educate his clients well on the tax law. WE WILL NEVER USE TURBO TAX EVER AGAIN AFTER TAX ACE, AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! We will be loyal customers forever! His staff is also great with communication and letting us know what paperwork was needed in a timely fashion. Thank you Joe and Staff! You guys are the best!

When they tried to charge me more the in last year I used them, even after she indicated the rate would remain the same, I questioned it. I was told that her time was too valuable not to charge the new rate. Fine, but then don't indicate the rate would remain unchanged. Even so, I tried contacting them last year to re-engage and received no reply. It's too bad because I can bring them good business, esp. since they have relocated again to a closer location to my home. I'll keep looking. Edit: as for the absurd comment that I ever spoke to her staff in a disrespectful manner, that simply did not occur. I stand by my review and will keep looking.

We were a little concerned for our guests' cars in the partially lit parking lot across the street and decided to hire security. Carl made the quote and contract process really straightforward and easy, and he was the one who provided security the day of the wedding. When my then fiancé and I arrived at the venue, Carl was standing toward the front of the venue and greeted us warmly. He was a really welcome presence throughout the event and several other vendors and guests specifically noted how much they enjoyed interacting with him. Our event ended a little after 10, but the security contract was through 11 PM. I remember staying after 10 PM to finalize a few details, talk with more guests who stayed behind and do a walkthrough with the venue attendant. While the event was long over, Carl stayed through the duration of the contract which I really respected. If I ever need security for future events, I won't look further than Made Man Enterprises. Thank you, Carl!

After confirming the location we reached out to Carl immediately to confirm he would travel to the venues locations and without any hesitation Carl said he would be available. We booked Carl over a year out to insure we were on his schedule! Carl was great to communicate with months, weeks and days up until our daughter's event! I am an advanced planner and did not want to chance missing out working with Carl! Carl arrived early looking extremely professional and stayed until the very end! We enjoyed his company and could not thank him enough! Easy payment too...Venmo is our friend! Love how easy it was to work with Carl & we will definitely refer him to anyone that is in need of private security!

Copart runs a…read moreborderline scam using additional fees and auto renewal policies to swindle extra cash out of customers throughout vehicle buying and auto membership renewals. When I purchased a vehicle for $7500 from a copart auction I ended up paying an additional $1000 in various fees to copart to include lot fees after my transport company kept cancelling. The following year my account auto renewed and charged an additional $100, when I contacted copart to cancel my subscription and refund the $100 the company refused stating some policy where they refuse refunds to existing accounts.

This company holds auctions all over the world for vehicles. They are best known for insurance…read moresalvage vehicles. They also get clear title vehicles and even some clean classic cars. You must be a licensed dealer or get one to broker the deal for you. They charge a $25 one time membership fee and require a deposit to bid. I have yet to buy a vehicle from this company, but I have been trying for months. Everytime I am the high bidder on one of their auctions I get a counter offer from the owner of the lot. Its always a price that is over retail value. I am a licensed dealer and I need to buy my vehicles at a price that leaves me some profit. This is really frustrating since I am used to auctions that have no reserve, or fair reserves. I have seen other vehicles that I feel were bid to retail or higher value that did not sell. My theory is that the owners are greedy and there is some shill bidding going on. The idea of bidding on a vehicle at Copart is that I am taking a risk since I cannot start or drive the vehicle. There are also no detailed descriptions of the vehicles. Unlike e-bay, I cannot email the owner of the vehicle. My suggestions to Copart would be to stop spending all that money on Nascar promotion. Go to an Ebay style auction and make it worthwhile for consigners to place their vehicles in a no reserve auction. Provide a space for the consigners to write about the vehicle they are selling. Other auctions list back fees owed to the California DMV on the vehicle and this information is critical when deciding what to bid on the vehicle. Often back fees can be more than the vehicle is worth.
