I cannot recommend Mike enough! All of these glowing reviews for him are a true testament to his…read morework. I was referred to Mike from another local company to do some dirt removal in our yard and immediately upon reaching out he got back to me with a quote and also said they'd grade the yard for us. They were on time, so professional, and also swept the sidewalk as they worked and kept such a clean workspace area, which was so kind for our neighbors. We are doing the yard ourselves, so Mike was patient with us as we were giving him directions, and even offered us really great tips for the project that we are doing ourselves. He was also so reasonably priced. If you are looking for someone to do your job, Mike is your guy. Thanks again for doing an incredible job, we look forward to using you in the future on our next project!

I can't say enough about how great Mike Gomez is to work with…read more I hired him and his dad to demolish the interior of a garage that required some careful demolition and to demolish a brick patio and significant stone work. They did an outstanding job, cleaning up every last little bit of debris. The bid was very reasonable and they were always on site when they scheduled and never late. Communication with Mike was very easy and he kept me informed at all times. They have a range of large trucks and equipment--this is a professional team, not a just a guy on Craig's List who drives up in a pickup. I can't recommend Mike Gomez more highly. It was a pleasure having him work on my project.

It's rare to find a company that does not just do a great job, but truly stands behind their name…read more If you are looking for environmental services, look no further than CVE. I worked with the Rohnert Park office. I recently had the company handle an asbestos removal and wall texturing project, and my experience was nothing short of stellar. The true test of a company's "business practices" is not when things go perfectly, but how they handle them when they do not. Almost a year after my initial service, I realized the interior wall texturing wasn't quite right. Despite the significant passage of time, CVE did not blink. They immediately took ownership of the situation and corrected the issues, no questions asked. They are a fantastic team. Every single person I interacted with at CVE was Knowledgeable: They clearly knew their craft and the safety protocols involved; Cheerful: They brought a positive energy to the job site every day; Professional: Communication was seamless, making what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy for me. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you want peace of mind and a team that treats your home with respect, CVE is the only call you need to make.

This project involved asbestos decontamination. A four-person crew spent an entire day at our home,…read moreyet the results did not reflect the time spent. When I raised concerns, Allen, the project manager, assured me that he trusted his guys that the work had been completed properly. However, after the job was finished, we found fingerprints on windows, crumbs on counters, and dirt throughout the house, indicating that cleanup was not completed to an acceptable standard. When we brought our concerns, CVE initially planned to send another crew. After we requested certification details, Allen discovered the workers assigned to our project were not certified, and a different two-person crew was sent instead. Most concerning was Allen's comment that there was "probably not a lot of asbestos" because only a small section of linoleum had been cut. As parents of a one-year-old, we found this response dismissive, unprofessional, and troubling. It gave the impression that our safety concerns were not being taken seriously, despite the nature of the work and the potential health risks involved. Neither crew appeared to treat contamination control with the level of care expected for asbestos remediation. We observed no masks or PPE being worn, and a fan directly above the affected area was not addressed during cleanup. Overall, the project raised serious concerns regarding workmanship, cleanliness, certification oversight, and safety practices.
