We needed to replace many areas of the floor with new wood. We had significant difficulty getting reasonable bids, as well as even getting someone to come out and look at what was required and then propose a bid. Christian came out exactly when he said he would, looked around and told us what we needed and gave us a very reasonable bid and gave us a reasonable start time. Christian and his worker, Hermidio came at their designated start time and completed the job within eight working days. It was remarkably dust free and came out beautifully. Additionally, we were going to put on the same stain when Christian suggested we should think about that and perhaps go lighter.
