I had been considering contacting Tanner for awhile to get my car detailed, but other projects kept popping up that took precedence (money). He offered a deal on a wash and wax, so I contacted him. The communication was spotty at the start, but I appreciated the fact that he acknowledged the less than ideal communication and even offered to do a little extra. I decided to give him a try, and I'm glad I did. My car looks GREAT on the outside and he did a great job vacuuming and wiping down the inside. I will eventually hire him to do a complete detail, as my car needs it and I know that he cares about the quality of his work and his customers. read more

I don't write reviews. Ever. But I just have to do it for Pacific Coast Detailing. Firstly, they come to your house and this is amazing in and of itself. Who wants to a) wait for your car to be detailed and only have reruns of the Three Stooges and vending machine snacks to occupy yourself or b) go through the hassle of having somebody pick you up and drop you off? No, thanks. Secondly, my car was embarrassingly dirty...like, I contemplated cleaning it before I had somebody else clean it type of dirty. Ross came and did a SUPERB job so now my awful looking car looks brand new! I almost wish I had before and after pics (but that would show how gross my toddler made the back seat and, well, that's just not fit for public viewing). Thirdly, the reason Tanner started this business is beyond admirable (so his wife could stay home with their baby). In a time when finding hard workers is becoming exceedingly rare, when I come across one I *must* give them recognition. Please please please give this company your business! read more

Tanner did an awesome job on my black suburban. Started out with basic int/ext cleaning and was prepared to see 'half ass' job on interior vacuum. But I was pleasantly surprised to find the floors and seats and console area to be thoroughly cleaned. He was very accomodating to last minute sched change due to street sweeper. I'm sorry I called this company. Tanner was on time and it appeared he did a good job detailing and waxing. After just 1 week, there was no trace of wax on my car. I called tanner, left a message. No return call. I then texted him. No reply. He's basically ignoring me. Bottom line is he received $100.00 plus tip for a wax that didn't last more than a week. Had 2 cars done this morning; Tanner did an excellent job on both. He buffed scratches out that I thought were permanent and made these cars look brand new! Also did a great headlight lens restoration. My 2 year old son thinks the interior smells like cookies...bonus!! I highly recommend Pacific Coast and will use them again. read more

Tanner came recommended by a neighbor and I initially contacted him through his web site, but noticed that he recommended texting for faster service. He responded right away to my text and was able to accommodate one of the two days that I hoped he would be able to come wash and wax our Class A RV. Need to be aware of what he tell you and what he does can not be trusted by him self and you need to be on the watch of him to make sure he does what you expect from him i was very unsatisfied with the job he did and did not do what it was expected from him to do don't let his looks fool you that is what happened to me i try to contact him with no respond . I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this detail service, he was paid in full for only doing half the job, when called to inform him that he had missed several spots in the car and half of the outside of the car he asked if I would prefer to have him return and correct the situation or if I'd like a partial refund, I asked him to correct the minor details he missed but could never get him to commit to a date, he finally said he would just partially reimburse me, over a month later and lies about him putting a check in the mail he still states he will drop off a check but never shows, now he is screening calls and not returning my calls, its sad how some people choose to to run their business, we had several referrals ready but after this experience I would never burden my family friends or associates with such disrespect and unprofessional behavior, if you decide to use this service make sure you are the only car he is detailing that day from my experience when he does more than one job he does half ass work on the last car of the day, I will never use this car service again read more
