I don't know how they do it. We had tremendous wind this week and leaves were all over the bottom of the pool. I removed some to try to keep the pump operable, but each day new leaves would fall in and sink to the bottom. Each time I would pull leaves up with the sweep basket, about a thousand small pieces would scatter everywhere in the water column. The team at Pacific Coast Pool Services has been taking care of our weekly maintenance for just over a year now, and they have been exceptionally professional. I came home today to find the pool completely free of debris and sparkling like it was brand new. I'm sure they have had a difficult week with every pool in the valley clogged with leaves and dirt and even ash from the many fires. I'm confident that every pool they service looks as good as mine. As soon as I changed my service to them, I noticed a tremendous improvement in the water and color of the plaster. All the algae in the plaster is gone. Hugo immediately let us know what we needed to do, and took care of everything for us, including setting up our energy efficient pump, and helping us get our rebate from LADWP. Hugo let's us know when our water levels are too low, and even identified a faulty pipe that was leaking sediment into the pool. With Hugo's help, our pool is always beautiful, clean, and ready to enjoy!
